Our story
The Heart of His People was born from faith, resilience, and a deep love for people.
Raised in a rural red-zone community, we understood what it meant to be overlooked. Opportunities were few, resources were limited, and many believed our future was already set. Yet God’s grace never failed. We may not have had everything, but we had food, love, and a community that cared.
Those experiences ignited our passion to serve others facing similar challenges. We witnessed how encouragement, support, and belief in someone’s potential can transform a life.
The Heart of His People exists to bring hope to those often forgotten—the homeless, convicted felons, at-risk youth, and individuals searching for a new path. We believe the past does not define the future and that everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and a second chance.
Beyond meeting immediate needs, we provide mentorship, workforce development, life skills training, community outreach, and meaningful relationships that help people rebuild their lives. We walk alongside them as they move from hardship to hope and from surviving to thriving.
